RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a class to slow down by connecting to the rhythm of breath and heart. The nervous system and the mind has an opportunity to reset and heal when the body slows down physically. The connection to the earth while feeling supported by props such as bolsters and blankets assists with healing on a deeper level.

Class is offered every Sunday @ Barefoot Yoga Shala 4:30-5:45pm.

Power Vinyasa

CLASS IS OFFERED SATURDAY 9-10AM @ BAREFOOT YOGA SHALA

A  signature mixed level Vinyasa flow is a vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing class, building heat in your body, and your heart! Let this be your happiest, healthiest hour of your day.

 Each instructor brings their own unique music and their approach to new and interesting postures; no two classes are the same! Basic yoga knowledge is recommended for a more enjoyable experience, but all stages of the postures are explained with modifications provided so that all levels feel welcome. 60 minute flow is a vinyasa practice that focuses on the heart within, as well as the strength of our core in each pose. Together we will create a strong flow that will leave you feeling as though you've gotten a workout for your body as well as your heart and soul.

 


Fluid Flow Yoga 

CLASS IS OFFERED MONDAY 9:15-10:15AM @ FLOW YOGA 

Fluid flow is a vigorous, dynamic, physically and spiritually energizing class, building heat in your body, and your heart! Let this be your happiest, healthiest hour of your day.

Basic yoga knowledge is recommended for a more enjoyable experience, but all stages of the postures are explained with modifications provided so that all levels feel welcome.
